Dear Friends, Partners and Gamers,
For over a decade, the Singapore Cybersports & Online Gaming Association (SCOGA) team has worked hard to support the gaming community. We are grateful for all the support you’ve shown us, and we will continue to listen to your feedback and work with you to build a close-knit community.
Today represents an important milestone for the association and I am pleased to share with you several key initiatives. Firstly, the launch of our paid membership programme, GAMERS.SG. This is a new offering from us and our partners NTUC U Association and Plus!, this membership offers benefits and discounts from several merchants in the gaming industry, and members will also get to enjoy career coaching services offered by NTUC U PME Centre, this is especially key if you are considering a career in the esports industry. Thanks to our partners at Plus!, members of GAMERS.SG can earn LinkPoints at over 1,000 partner outlets, including where gaming peripherals are sold, and redeem them for instant savings.
Secondly, we are also opening our very first clubhouse that’s equipped with gaming desktops, monitors, next-generation consoles and multiple-purpose space for community gatherings and private functions. GAMERS.SG members will be able to enjoy the facilities for free or book the entire venue for community events at a preferential rate. We encourage you to join us in creating fun and exciting activities for everyone.
Last but not least, the launch of the GAMERS.SG website marks the beginning of our latest channel to better serve gamers and partners. The main purpose of this website is to highlight our vibrant gaming and esports scene, whether it’s a tournament, webinar, workshop or community programme, we are inviting organisers to utilise the free event submission feature to list your events with us. We want to make sure that gamers in Singapore are kept up to date with the latest happenings.
We thank you all for your support and understanding and we will continue to listen to your feedback to shape our local community. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at any time.
